1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Craftled, MB (registration code 305722486, VAT LT100015273316), Eduardo Andre 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Craftled," "we," "us," or "our"), and you ("you," "your," or "User") when you access or use Growthtyping at growthtyping.com and related product surfaces (the "Service").
By creating an account, starting a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Growthtyping is a SaaS product that helps you turn growth experiment ideas into on-brand, stakeholder-ready prototypes. You can ingest brand context from a public URL, generate prototype files with AI, fork variants on a canvas, and export raw React or HTML files. Export is the product. We do not host live experiments for end customers, measure A/B results, or replace your engineering review.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and have capacity to contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
Accounts use Better Auth. You may start as a guest and later upgrade to a registered account. You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your email reachable. Auth mail is sent from mail.growthtyping.com when email delivery is enabled.
4. Acceptable use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes under these Terms. You agree not to:
- probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure;
- upload malware, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits, auth, or plan allowances;
- submit brand URLs, logos, copy, or other material you lack rights to use;
- use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or content that violates privacy or publicity rights;
- reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows;
- resell access to the Service itself without our written consent.
5. Intellectual property and user content
Craftled and its licensors own the Service, Growthtyping brand, pattern library, prompt compiler, UI, and related software. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
You retain rights in content you submit ("User Content"), including brand URLs you authorize us to fetch, overrides in the brand editor, prompts, and notes. You grant Craftled a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, including sending material to model providers as needed for generation.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees and these Terms, we grant you a license to download, modify, and use exported prototype files for your internal business purposes, including stakeholder review and implementation by your team or contractors. You are responsible for reviewing exports before production use.
6. AI output disclaimer
Generated prototypes are probabilistic drafts. They may contain errors, incomplete brand fidelity, insecure code, or content that does not match your legal, accessibility, or brand requirements. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for production without human review.
You remain responsible for how you use exports. Do not rely on the Service as sole legal, design-system, or security review.
7. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe Checkout. Current list prices on /pricing are Pro at $49/month, Plus at $149/month, and Ultra at $499/month. Features, brand profile caps, and included render allowances are shown on /pricing and may change for future billing periods with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel or manage payment methods through the Stripe customer portal linked from the product billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Included monthly renders and brand profile caps reset or apply as described in your plan entitlements. Extra renders, when offered, may be billed at the then-current overage price (for example $2 per extra render on published Ultra terms). Cached renders that do not consume a new generation are not charged as new billable generations.
8. Refunds and EU withdrawal
Digital SaaS access begins when your subscription activates and you can generate or export. Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly offer a refund.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. That right can be limited once digital service performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right after performance begins. If you believe a statutory refund applies, email hello@growthtyping.com with your account email and Stripe receipt.
9. Taxes and VAT
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Where Lithuanian or other applicable VAT or sales tax is due, Stripe may collect it based on your billing details. Provide a valid VAT number when requested if you are a business entitled to reverse charge or similar treatment.
10. Third-party services
The Service depends on processors such as Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Resend, and LLM providers reached through Vercel AI Gateway. Their terms and availability affect the Service. We are not responsible for outages or acts of those providers beyond our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftled is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Craftled's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (i) €100 or (ii) the total amount you paid Craftled for Growthtyping in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Craftled and its officers, employees, and agents against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your User Content or exported use of prototypes, or (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence cannot be waived. Courts in Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
Before filing suit, the parties will try to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days after written notice.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes may be announced by email or an on-site notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
